Kids Fashion Style 2017 For Inspiration

I have been wanting to feature Huxbaby ever since I first discovered them early on in my maternity leave. Since then they have been all over, but I just can't resist showing you their latest collection. Huxbaby  is a sustainable kids clothing brand from Melbourne, Australia, creating the coolest styles in a minimalist palette with edgy and playful graphics. Just about a week ago the super cool Californian kidswear brand Quinn & Fox launched their their new spring collection ' Blackbird ' and I tell you, it is full rock and roll, just the way I like it: Winged guitars, growling leopards, Nirvana, Hendrix, contrasts, statements and of course, their famous ' Messy Hair, Don't Care ' tees!  Ever since they started I have been following them up close (check out previous posts here ). I am crazy about their sustainable approach to kidswear, their love for art , their sense of community support and their huge success in having a stand-out, overall positive, fun and unique product. I have been in love with Kira Kids after seeing their cool AW14 collection last season ( Check it out here ). I purchased some sweatshirts for O. from their webshop and was just amazed with the super soft and light terry fabric apart from the quirky and really awesome design. It really is the kind you just want to live in day and night! Even her dad was a bit jealous wanting one for him also ;) Anyways, it got me intrigued and so I got to ask the designer, Cristine Tang , a couple of questions regarding their new, upcoming collection which you can see below. Hey everybody! Hope you all had some lovely holidays and a smashing new years eve. I definitely did and I am back with lots of positive energy, new inspiration, exciting collaborations and lots and lots of killer kids fashion. I received the following collection in my inbox a week ago and I am sure it has already been all over the social media, but it is just to good not to publish! The awesome new Bobo Choses SS15 collection " Guess who's coming for breakfast ' is full of optimistic and fun colors, quirky monster prints, staring eyes and juicy watermelons, which all makes the icicles under my ears and nose melt and my five layered wool covered body scream for summer! I am really loving those quilted vests, the monster feet print and the watermelon bathing suit (great color combo!). The young, sustainable brand Mainio Clothing  from Finland has been on my list of top kidswear labels since they launched their first collection this spring (you can see  their SS14 here . And by the way, I just noticed that that was my actual first post in KID - wow!!!). I just can't get enough of their super cool geometrical prints, their bold illustrations and overall clean lines. Just brilliant!
